Productivity + Motivation

Listen.  I want to tell you something about you and your business and you might not like what I have to say.

You are making things way too damn hard!

I know that there are a million and one “how to” business things out there that you might be tempted to buy, or may have already purchased.

A lot of them are really good.  They are. They streamline things and simplify all there is to do.  They tell you the exact formula for how to get things moving.

Following any of the advice out there will very likely work to help you grow your business and make more money.

The problem, however, is you.

You don’t implement the ideas you learn about.

You don’t take the PROVEN actions to make things happen.

You procrastinate and get overwhelmed and beat yourself up.

You don’t take action.   Pure and simple.

Growing your business and making money is actually pretty easy:

–>  Take your idea/product/service and share it with the world in an effective way.

You can take that a step further: communicate how you can help someone else to accomplish a goal, feel better, look smokin’ hot, etc.  and communicate your awesome product/service to the right people – your ideal customers, who are DYING for what you have to offer.

AND, share what makes you and your business freakin’ aweseome in a big, bold way.

Don’t hold back, be proud and let the world know what you have to offer.

It’s simple, really.  Isn’t it?

The problem is that you get stopped.

You’re scared to talk to people, or approach someone who could help spread the word.

You get slowed down with worry, feeling like you just aren’t ready, like you need to learnone more thing.

Or you are so dang busy and overwhelmed, unclear about what you should focus your energy on, so you don’t take ANY action.

I think that you know EXACTLY what you should be doing to grow your business, you’re just scared or worried, or feeling unsure.  So, you don’t.

But, let me ask you this, what is it you REALLY want for your business?

Are you willing and ready to get on the court and start producing RESULTS?

It’s time for you to GROW your freakin’ business already and to make the kind of money you deserve!

Don’t you think so?  It’s TIME!

Here is the biggest component to make your business dreams happen:

ACTION. Pure and simple.

You have to hussle and DO THE WORK to grow your business.

I know that it’s not always easy to do that.  Life if busy, being a mom is sometimes hard, you doubt yourself and your business ideas, and you get scared to really put yourself out there.   “What will people think if you REALLY went for it??  What if you fail?”

That’s why I created the Visionary Mom Business Jam Sessions.   It’s a KICK ASS program to MOTIVATE you to completely transform your business.

The program will push you to EXECUTE your ideas and get the work done to build the business of your dreams.

We are getting started on Tuesday and you should totally be on the team!

Why?  In a nutshell, this is THE structure and support system that’s been missing for you to take your business to the next level.

The long version is this:

On the team, you will start with a one-on-one strategy session with me to formulate a plan for your business.

Then, every week, you will get supported to execute your plan.

We have a few ways to do that:  our private facebook group – connecting you with other mom entrepreneurs, a weekly checkin/assessment tool, twice monthly group coaching calls with me, accountability contests, etc.

This is a group coaching program, a mastermind group, an accountability structure, and a place to find inspiration and motivativation all rolled into one.

You will learn and grow in BIG ways, because you won’t be trying to succeed at this business thing all on your own.

And that is HUGE!!   Working on our own and expecting to grow is just insane!  It can’t be done.  If you look at successful people all over the world, I promise you – they aren’t doing it alone.

If you are serious about PRODUCING RESULTS in your business, then you should totally join us!!  I promise you’ll be shocked by what you accomplish.

Working with a team is powerful.

Enough said.

Ready to take the leap?   Click here to apply.

The team is just $49 per month and we get started October 1st.

Let’s do this!

The real reason why you aren’t making money with your business is because you aren’t doing the work.  You aren’t taking action.  Let’s remedy that, shall we?

Ready to stop TALKING about what you want to do and start DOING the work?  Please join us, we’re going to have a blast!

Principals of Being a Visionary Mom:

2. You’ve got GUMPTION – you take bold action and courageously go for it.

3. You know that chasing your dreams is a gift to your kiddos, so you don’t let being a mom stop you from living an extraordinary life NOW.

4. You’re committed to making a difference and having the work you do and the life you live CONTRIBUTE to others.

5. You believe in art, beauty, love, forgiveness, kindness, courage and all the other juicy stuff that makes life worth LIVING.

***************************

Here’s how to get some serious AWESOME happening in your world….

Pick one of these for today and let it shape the day, move you forward and empower you to BE A VISIONARY MAMA!

One of the great perks of working for yourself is that you get to set your own hours, work at your own pace, and spend as much or as little time as you want on your business.

But, if you’re anything like me, when and how you work is all over the place.

This is what’s been happening with me lately:

I have SO MANY projects and things I want to do, there is stuff I’m working on to grow my business and there is the day to day working with clients and just keeping things afloat.

I’m busy (and sometimes overwhelmed).

That leads me to trying to work ALL THE TIME and feeling GUILTY if I’m not working.

Which is a terrible cycle to be in.

When I’m hanging out with my kids, making art, or spending time with friends, it’s been REALLY hard to just enjoy it.   I feel like I “should” be doing something with my business instead.  (ever feel like that?)

Which brings me to a HUGE a-ha! moment I recently had.

You will probably laugh at me, because it will seem so OBVIOUS, but these lessons sometimes hide away until we’re ready for them.

Oh!  I forgot to say… something else I’ve been struggling with is feeling really JEALOUS of other people and how they spend their weekend time.

With summertime here, I see people sharing family vacations, BBQ parties, time spent up in the mountains, etc.  Awesome weekending photos are all over facebook and instagram right now.

And it’s been making me feel jealous.  Because traditional weekending is not my life.

My kids are with their dad every weekend.  Saturday and Sunday are my time to buckle down and WORK and I usually have a gazillion projects waiting for me to complete while I have a break from the kiddos.

But then I see all my friends living these amazing weekend lives and I feel envious that I am sitting in a coffee shop working my ass off.    (insert feeling sorry for myself music)

That jealousy has actually been making me feel kind of depressed and unmotivated to work on stuff and be creative.  It’s been difficult to completely focus on my business.

(please tell me I’m not the only one who looses my mojo when I feel jealous and like my life is not going to plan!)

Anyhow, this is what led to my a-HA! moment…

I finally realized that I was feeling this way, completely out of sorts.   My way of dealing with the icky stuff of my life is to dig into it and get curious about it.

So I asked myself why I was feeling jealous?  What was it that I wanted?  What wasn’t working for me?

The answer was that I wanted time to just do NOTHING.  Time with my kids lounging about in the backyard, heading up to the mountains, just relaxing and enjoying life.  Summering.

And I hadn’t been letting myself do that.

I was so worried about all the work I needed to get done, that even when I wasn’t working on stuff, I was THINKING about it and feeling GUILTY.

Not a very powerful headspace to run my business from!

But that’s when I realized that HEY!  This is MY business and I can do things however I want to do them.    (doh!, right?)

But seriously.. sometimes I get stuck in thinking things have to be the way they are in the “real” world..  You know, with “weekends” being on Saturday and Sunday, work only during the day, etc.

That 40 hour work week mentality is hard to shake off sometimes!

So, I decided that my weekends are going to be on Thursday and Friday.  Those will be my days to lounge with my kiddos, go camping, or do whatever the heck I feel like doing.

I’m not going to work.  I’m not going to do coaching calls.  I’m not going to plan or write.  I’m going to weekend.  Because that’s what *I* want for my life.   For my life to feel spectacular, I need weekends!

The rest of the week, I will work – still not 40 hours, because that also doesn’t work for me. :)  But I will work on what I need to and get done all the things I want to accomplish with my business.

Just not on Thursday or Friday.

Since I decided to run things this way, I am BLOWN away by how much I am getting done!  My stress and worry has decreased a ton, I am engaged and inspired about my projects, and I’m excited to get to work.

I’m not trying to fit in “free time” to my busy schedule and then feeling guilty about it.

I know free time is coming.  It’s in the books.  I have in my schedule quiet and do-nothingness time, which is something I haven’t been giving myself permission to do.

THIS is what owning my own business is all about!

We hear about the freedom that comes from working for ourselves, but we don’t always give ourselves that freedom.

The freedom to write our own rules.

To weekend or vacation when it works for us.

To be “off” when we are off.

To slow things down if we want to soak up summer.

And of course, we still have to work – our businesses aren’t going to run themselves!

But it’s okay to declare yourself “off the clock” and to do so regularly.

In fact, I think it’s ESSENTIAL that we do this as part of creating a kick ass life!

The key is to pick working times that WORK for you and your family.  Don’t create a schedule based on what you think you “should” be doing, do what is actually going to work (like my Thur/Fri weekend).

That, I think, it the biggest gift we can give ourselves as entrepreneurs.

With the new year underway, I’m sure that many of you have set goals for yourself of things you want to do, experience and accomplish during 2012.

And with that, often comes the dreaded “but will I actually do those things?

I know that I can get super duper excited about something new , but I can also start to feel anxious, wonder if “this time” I’m really going to follow through.

Doubt and worry can creep in mighty fast, leaving me with the urge to scale down my goals, or WORSE!  -> abandon them all together.

Yeah, I admit it.  I do that.

When it comes time to perform, to take action and get started, the fear of failure, or the not not knowing where to begin can leave me walking away from whatever it was that was inspiring me.

Does this happen to you?

Or maybe you do get started, you do take some action, but the results don’t come right away, so you give up.

Or you have some days of being lazy and neglecting the stuff you said you’d do, so you tell yourself “it’s okay, I’m not sure that’s what I really wanted to do anyway.”

Or… you fill in the blank.

All of that is a problem of action.

Or, more accurately, a problem of NO ACTION.

And that can make us feel crummy.

So, then we start working on feeling better.  “Being okay.”  Accepting where we are at – right now.  Being at peace with how things are.  etc.

Except the thing is that we aren’t okay with the way things are.

We want to make stuff happen.

We want results.

We want to achieve great things that inspire us and leave us feeling life we are, in fact, living life the way we want to be living it.

So, how do we overcome the “no action” problem?

Here are the things that work for me, that make a difference and that help me to get up off my butt and do stuff that matters:

1.  Know that you will likely fail.

It’s true.  You will.  Anything worth doing, that’s big and inspiring and courageous.. well.. life will throw up road blocks.

You will get stuck.  Things won’t go to plan.  It’s just what happens.

Don’t be afraid to fail, because you probably will.  Jump on in and get started anyway.  And when you do fail, learn from it and keep going.

2.  Know what there is to do.

What’s the time frame for accomplishing your goals?  How are you going to get things done?  What are the steps along the way that need to happen to get you to the final outcome?

You have to have a plan.

It doesn’t need to be super detailed and specific unless that helps you.  But, it does have to be clear.

Break down the big picture into bite sized chunks so you know what there is next to do.

Will the plan unfold exacty as you said it would?  Probably not.  (see #1).  But having a path to venture down will lead you toward your goals much more effectively than just wandering aimlessly.

3.  Know when you’re going to work.  (and then work)

If your dream is to write a novel, do you have time each week to work?

Whatever it is you want to make happen requires that you work on it.

Make sure you have time set aside to do that.  Create a schedule for yourself and then stick with it.

Yes, sure, sometimes the kids will get sick or there will be a bonifide emergency that you’ll have to take a “sick day” for.  But otherwise, give yourself specific times to work and then show up for work during those times.

4.  Keep moving forward.

Baby steps.  A little goes a long way.  You don’t have to get to the end over night.

BUT!  When you keep moving forward, even just doing a small chunk, it keeps you in the game.

If you are overwhelmed and can’t see how you will ever make time to start something new, just do one small thing.

And then another, and then another.  Keep moving forward.  All those small chunks add up over time.

5.  Be flexible.

The universe works in mysterious ways.   What you initially set out to do may not be what you end up with.

If you are really clear on your why, your vision, the Big Picture and you keep working on manifesting that in the world, new opportunities and paths will likely open up.  Don’t close yourself up to those.

You may start out wanting to learn photography and end up a world famous painter. :)  You never know.

Don’t get stuck thinking that what’s going to inspire you and make you happy is the only thing.

6.  Start today.

Life is here, happening right now.

If you want to start your own business, start it today.  Sure you might not be 100% successful and able to live off that business right away, but it’s never going to happen if you don’t begin.

So stop waiting.  Jump on in and go for it.  See what happens.  You might surprise yourself.

7.  Be unreasonable.

Don’t give yourself excuses.  Push yourself.

I know that it’s hard to do, but the more you push, the more you challenge, the more you let go of all your reasons why today is not the day, the easier it gets to do that over and over again.

Practice this and it will become a habit.

8.  Get away from distractions.

If you can’t write your grand novel while the kids are climbing all over you, escape to a coffee shop for a few hours.

If the dishes keep calling your name, go lock yourself in the guestroom.

If you find your attention being pulled to other stuff, find a way to get away from the temptation so you can get your work done.

I often leave my house to work on stuff.  I camp out in my favorite coffee shop, put on my headphones and tackle whatever it is that needs to be done for the day.  I can get so much more work done this way.  It works for me.

Find your “safe space” with the fewest distractions and go there.

9.  Be organized with your workstuffs.

If you are a painter and it takes you an hour to set up before you can get started, you’re not going to be motivated to get going.

Have your supplies/materials at the ready.

Keep your work plans easy to get to, so when you sit down to work, you can get started right away – knowing your doing the right stuff.

I cannot stress this enough:  if your work is not sitting there ready for you to dive in, it will be so much harder to get started.  But, if your workstuff is ready to go, then you can get in the groove quick and easy.

10.  Have a clear vision.

What are you stressing about all this productivity stuff for anyway?

To make some money?  Buggers to that!  That is not a sufficient reason for working your butt off.

To feel better about yourself?  Yeah, that won’t motivate you to keep going.

Know WHY you are doing what you do.

Have a reason that inspires you, that leaves you saying YES to life, that wakes you up and gives you purpose.

Having that kind of vision behind your goals and dreams will motivate you so much more than trying to fix or change something in your life.

11.  Be grateful.

Celebrate your life, your accomplishments and who you are.

Do it often.

And by often, I mean many times throughout the day.  The more you can stop and say yes to all that is working in your life, the more motivated you will be to work on the stuff that matters.

Gratitude keeps us in the presence of our own awesomeness and that’s a key ingredient to making big stuff happen.

12.  Finish one small thing.

I find that when I’m crazy not in the mood to get to work on something, whether it’s cleaning the house, doing my schoolwork, working on my business or cooking dinner…  if I can complete one small thing, it gets the ball rolling.

Then I do another small thing, and another,  and before you know it, I’m in full on getting stuff done mode.

Finishing something, no matter how small, feels good and makes us want to finish more.

So if the big stuff feels way too big, start with one small thing.

13.  Give up trying to be perfect.

Because none of us are.

Well, we are perfectly US!  But we don’t usually give ourselves credit for that.

Instead of trying to be this perfect version of yourself that exists only in the fantasies of your own mind, why not just be you?

And, I’m all for working toward being the best you possible.  But the bar for that will always be raised.  You won’t ever “arrive” and be perfect.

Focus on working hard, trying your best, giving it your all.

In the end, that’s all any of us can do.

14.  Work on your dreams inside of a community.

Get support, community, cheerleaders, people that encourage you.

Have people who want to see you succeed around you.

Talk to them about your ideas.  Share your vision.  Let them lift you up when you get stuck or don’t feel like it anymore.  Even better?  Have a group of people that will not only support and encourage you, but will hold you to account and keep you focused.

15.  Don’t give up

Every moment is a choice.  Every day is a chance to make something awesome happen.

Your dreams are right here, waiting for you to start working on them.

You always have a choice about whether or not you are going to get started on your dreams, or if you are going to give them up.

Your dreams matter!  You making them happen is MAGNIFICENT!!  Don’t give up.

Did you know that passion alone won’t carry the day?

my daughter, creating her own dreams...

Yes, passion is important.  It’s vital to living a truly joyous life that is fulfilling and makes an impact.

But, you need a heck of lot more than just passion to live a life worth living.

There are other things that are just as important.   And when they join forces with that glorious passion spark, then WATCH OUT!  Very little will stop you from making those big, juicy, inspiring dreams of yours happen!

This list is not the be all, end all.

The top 5 things you need to truly thrive in life:

1.  Passion.

Yes, for sure.  Passion is the light that makes everything seem possible. It is the love, the joy, the thrill.   It’s why you are working on what you’re working on in the first place.

2.  A Clear Vision

I am crazy inspired by creativity.  But, that alone will not make anything really fabulous happen in my life.  What do I want to do with creativity?  Do I want to make things?  Write?  How do I want to express myself?  Do I want to help others find their creativity?  What is it about this whole business of being creative that inspires me?  What do I want to make happen in the world with this passion of mine?  In what ways can I tap into and live my life being creative?

These are important questions to ask and answer.  How are you going to manifest your passion? What is the vision of how to best bring more of your passion into your life and the world?

Get specific here!  For me, I’ve decided I’m going to be an art teacher.  I changed my major in school to make this happen.  I have a clear vision of how I want to inspire teenagers to express themselves through art.    Along the way, I’m also going to make lots of art and engage with the creative community where I live.  But, I have a goal, a specific vision of what I want to make happen in the world.

3.  A Plan

Just winging it usually doesn’t work.  Yes, sometimes we get lucky.  Or our passion is so big, we can’t help but to work on making our dream a reality.  But, more often than not, the day to day grind of just living will, the urgent pressing needs of our everyday lives, will get in the way and wear us out.  Leaving little room, energy and motivation for the yummy stuff that feeds our soul.

It’s such a funny thing, but we are all guilty of it!

We all know that when we are inspired and engaged with life in a passionate way, we feel better, are better mamas and are way more fulfilled and happy.  And yet, we put that stuff off until later.

You have to plan for your dreams.  You have to carve out room in your busy life to work on them, or they may not happen! I have a plan for getting my teaching credentials, I know where I’m going to finish off my schooling, how long it’s going to take and what I need to do.  I am registered for classes and am actively working on that plan.

My dream is coming to fruition because I have a plan.  Without that plan, all I would have is the idea.

Knowing what you want to manifest in the world and how you’re going to do that breeds a far greater chance that you will actually succeed!

4.  Integrity

Being passionate about something, knowing specifically what you want to make happen, and mapping out a plan for how to get there will make exactly nothing happen  if you don’t take action.   If you don’t do the things that are necessary to bring about whatever it is you want to create in your life, then your big ideas probably won’t happen.

If I totally slack off in school, don’t do my assignments, don’t engage in my learning and participate with a full heart, then I’m not going to end up teaching.    Period.

You have to do the work.

If you say you are going to spend time in your studio painting, you have to do it if you want to be a painter.

And here’s the rub about integrity:
Every time you don’t do something that you set out to do, it clouds your vision, it warps your passion and it leaves you doubting yourself.  Which can so quickly send you down the “I suck, what’s wrong with me, my life is hard” path.

The more you take action on your dreams, the more happy and fulfilled you are.  The more you blow off stuff and avoid taking action, the more like poo you feel.

So, yeah, integrity is a seriously important component.

5.  Support

All of the above, you can for sure manage and do on your own.  But, it is so much easier and so much more effective when you don’t go it alone.

Having people around you who support your dreams, encourage you to take action, push you to go for it.  This makes such a ginormous difference.

When my people have my back, they don’t buy into my self doubt.  They lift me up when I feel like I can’t go on.  They cheer on my accomplishments.  They say yes to all my lofty ideas.  They get me and that gives me courage.

When you put these 5 things together.. so much more becomes possible.

You really can make any dream, ANY DREAM,  you want come true.

I’ve been crazy busy this past month.

Pretty much all my attention has been on majorly cleaning up, painting and preparing my Granny’s house for us to move into. Then there was the moving in part.

Oh and don’t forget the basement flooding the first week.  Whew!  Yes, crazy indeed.

But now we are done, settled in and I’m busy reading design blogs getting ideas for how I want to spruce things up. :)

While I’ve been totally focused on this project, pretty much nothing else has been happening. Very little writing, business building, outdoor playing, art making, etc. Any left over energy was 100% devoted to the mamas on the Visionary Mom Teams.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how amazing it is that we got so much done in so little time. We seriously kicked ass and met our deadline to have the move complete before school started (which was yesterday and awesome btw!).

From all this, I’ve come to this one big realization:

Whatever you focus on and pay attention to is what creates your life.

Sounds simple, but this is really important.

I hear so many people say “I wish…..” and then feel like crud because whatever it is that they want just isn’t happening.

But, the only way to have the life of your dreams is to focus on, pay attention to and take action on whatever it is you want.

For me, I decided that I want my own house to live in.  So I set a pretty unreasonable deadline, got my family inspired by my mad plan and then gave the bulk of my attention and energy to doing whatever was needed to make that goal happen.  It was hard work.  And I poured my heart and soul into this project, even if that meant other things were not getting much attention from me while I dug in.

But, now I have a really awesome little house to live in that I love!

Everyday when I’d wake up to go work on the house, did I always want to? Heck no! In fact, often I didn’t. Deep house cleaning? Not my thing.

But, the dream, the vision of raising my kiddos in the same house that I grew up in. THAT is what I focused on, THAT is what I gave my attention to, THAT is what I took action on.

That dream is what I talked and thought about while I scrubbed walls and ripped up carpet.

And so, in a very short time, I fulfilled one of the things I wanted for myself this year:  A great home to live in that is super affordable and that gives us the space we need to make all our dreams come true.

So, the one principal that can make your dreams come true is this:

[box] “Whatever you focus on, pay attention to, and take action toward is what gives you the life you’re living.” Tweet this quote! [/box]

Here’s how to apply this in real life:

First, some examples of how this doesn’t work:

  • Wishing to be more creative, but focusing, paying attention to and taking action toward having the cleanest house on the block.
  • Wanting to leave your day job and start your own business, but focusing on getting that raise, paying attention to trying to make your work better, and only taking the normal day to day going to work actions.
  • Dreaming about selling your house and traveling the world with your family, but focusing on house projects, paying attention to stuff your want to do around the house, and taking action on making your yard awesome.

All of that attention and action is GREAT if what you most want in life is a clean, orderly home or you really love your job and want to be super successful doing whatever you’re doing, or if you your dream is to have the most awesome home to come home to everyday.

If, however you want the other stuff, here’s how to apply this principal to make those things happen:

  • You are wishing to be more creative, so you focus on all things creative, you pay attention to opportunities to make stuff, and you take action every day, no matter what, to do something fun and creative in your life.
  • You want to leave your job and start your own business, so you focus on what you want to do, you learn, you plan, you dive into your ideas and you take action every day, no matter what, on starting that business.  ‘
  • You dream of traveling full time with your family in an RV around the country, so you focus on saving money, you pay attention to other people who are doing it and you learn as much as you can from them; you take action every single day, no matter what, on cutting your expenses, getting rid of your stuff and getting your family ready to hit the road.

This is the one principal you want to remember to make your dreams come true:
“Whatever you focus on, pay attention to, and take action toward is what gives you the life you’re living.”     Tweet this quote!

Manifest Destiny

I recently wrote this in my journal:

“I want a nice house to live in, not an apartment, that has space for me to be creative, a yard, a place for a garden.  A darkroom. A place that feels like family and is a real home.”

Guess what?  In a few short weeks I will be moving into that exact space.

For those of you who are new around here, I’ve been living with my mom for the past year or so since I got divorced.  My mom is super duper supportive and we get along great, but well, you know.. it’s still living with MOM:)

I’ve been creating in my mind what I want, where I want to live and wishing for the perfect place to call home for me and my kiddos.

Then, a few weeks ago both my aunt and my mom had this flash of brilliance at the same time:  “Why not have Lisa and the kids move into Granny’s house?”

My gran has been living in a nursing home for the past year and her house is empty.

The problem is that it was a mess!  She was a bit of a hoarder and smoked inside for 50 years, plus the past several years she has not been well, so housekeeping was.. optional.  If you can imagine….  (then imagine it way worse!)

With this brilliant idea of having us move in, my family has gotten motivated to tackle the mess.

But, it hasn’t been easy.

My goal is to have us moved in before school starts for all of us in August.  So, we’ve had to hustle.

And sweat.  And get covered in paint.  And work through sheer exhaustion, sore muscles, and feeling 100% worn out.

If you’re friends with me on facebook, you’ve probably read the updates.

HARD. WORK.

And that, is sometimes what it takes to make your dreams happen.

But, we tend to resist that.

Jumping into something and committing to work my ass off is not always what I want to do.

My guess is that, you too, avoid taking on too much, procrastinate big projects, and push off getting started for “someday.”

But, your dreams are just not going to happen if you don’t dive on in and make them happen.

You have to work for them.  And sometimes that work is going to be hard.

But, I can tell you that it’s so worth it.

When I stand inside my granny’s house – the house that I grew up in and my mom grew up in – when I watch my kids play in the back yard, the same way I did as a child…  When I realize that I can build a darkroom in the basement bathroom, or imagine where the garden will go next summer, or plot out where I’m going to make my art…. when I realize that the perfect space that I imagined for me to live in with my kids is happening

The sweat and the sore muscles are so worth it.

My dreams are coming true, they are happening, and they are happening NOW.

So what about you… what’s a dream that you want bad enough to work hard for?
