So you are at Point A and you want to get to Point B?
Not quite sure how to get there?
That is where A to B coaching comes in. I will work with you, pulling you along the way, making sure you keep moving forward – toward your dreams and goals.
This is what coaching will be like with me:
- You will start by filling out a questionnaire that gives me a good sense of who you are and what you want to achieve.
- Then, we will set up a series of 45 minute calls, either weekly, every other week, or once per month (depends on your need and your budget)
- Our first call will be to fully flush out what you want to accomplish, setting specific goals and deadlines and we’ll work out a rough plan.
- Then, we’ll email back and forth a little, working out the specifics of the plan.
- After than, we launch into our series of calls.
- In between calls, you will get to work making all kinds of awesomeness happen.
Why is that? Because during our calls we will zero in on whatever you need to dramatically propel you forward. It could be that you are having some serious brain fog and you’re totally unclear so you can’t make any decisions, let alone take any action. On our call, we’ll clear out the brain fog.
Or maybe you are completely paralyzed by fear and it is causing you to hide and avoid getting to work. Guess what? After we talk you will have the courage you need to tackle the fear and get your butt moving!
Stuff is stopping you, getting in the way, making it difficult for you to make things happen in your life. You have dreams and ideas, but you are stuck. Either nothing is happening, or it’s happening too slow.
That’s where I come in. I’m a coach. I know about people, stuckness, fear, and uncertainty. I also know about how to get in action anyway, be wildly productive and make dreams come true. And, even more importantly, I know how to work with YOU so that you are in action, being productive and fulfilling your wildest dreams.
If you are unfamiliar with coaching, I’d like to share a story with you. Once upon a time, I was strangely talked into training to be a professional body builder. Not something I ever had wanted to do before, but there I was, under contract with a trainer, committing myself to endless grueling hours in the gym.
The trainer was my coach. He was tough. Seriously tough. He would get in my face and yell at me to PUSH HARDER!!! ONE MORE!!! AGAIN!!! I think he may have been insane. I was a little afraid of him.
But, the thing is I DID push harder, I did do one more. I kept getting stronger and stronger and stronger. (and I looked HOT!) I never, ever would have pushed myself that hard without him. He knew my goals and he held me to that commitment no matter what. There was even one time he came knocking at my door at 5:30am because I had no-showed at the gym. This guy was committed to me. Seriously. And as scary as he was, after a good, hard workout, we would hang out at the gym laughing our butts off. He was on my side and knew what I needed to go that extra mile (or 20).
Well, I am not nearly as scary as Lamont was. Well, maybe I would be if I was training you to lift weights and I knew that was was you needed! But, here, we are working on something else. Something more personal, intimate, and sacred – your cherished dreams.
Body building is not my specialty. Getting in action, being true to yourself and getting unstuck is. I know quite a lot about that and how to help you find your own way.
And I will push you! But in a much more loving way. Yes, I will still tell you the tough stuff that you don’t want to hear, but you need to hear. And, I will do it in a way that leaves you totally, 100% nurtured and empowered. I will help you get organized and clear with your thoughts and ideas so you can make magical stuff happen. I will guide you to clear out the funk and the negative self talk and all the other junk that gets in the way so you can SHINE!
The Fine Print
A to B Coaching with me is $75 for a 45 minute session. I recommend you prepare yourself for at least a 3 month commitment, it just really depends on what you are working on and how fast you want to get there. Ideally, we would talk once per week to keep things really moving. But, you can also sign up for twice per month or once per month sessions. It is really up to you and your motivation levels and how fast you want things to progress.
You’ll be be billed monthly and we won’t do calls if your account isn’t up to date. Fair enough.
